1) Salvation Army - isn't this place a given? Particularly a good start when searching for kids.
2) JQ Clothing - mainly a women's fashion retailer, however they have masks, headbands and all the accessories you may need.
3) Your Dollar Store with More - good for accessories, particularly face painting or decorations for the house.
4) Charlie's Petspa & Daycare Ltd. - because now pets can join the fun too (seriously tho, these costumes are out of control)

Halloween Costume Lift Contest - Strong Side Conditioning is challenging people to "don your spookiest workout gear when you come in to train, share a pic of your scary self doing your thing at our gym with the hashtags #strongsidenewwest and #scarystrong and you'll be entered to win the ultimate treat- A TUB OF BCAAs!"
