FISHY BUSINESS River Rescuers Summer Camp - Part of Half-Day Camps Summer Program Series

Join us at the Fraser River Discovery Centre for half-day camps in partnership with Stream of Dreams! Kids are sure to enjoy our nature-themed camps while making friends and learning about the Fraser River. Half-day camps run July 18 to 21, for ages 5 to 12. 10:00 am - 12:30 pm for ages 5 to 8 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm for ages 9 to 12 JULY 18: Get up to something fishy with the FRDC’s Sturgeon George! Discover how these living dinosaurs survive in the Fraser River. Paint a wooden fish for a Stream of Dreams mural and play a game to learn how even flowers and bees are important for a river! Take-home craft: growing necklace, wildflower seed ‘bombs’, nature field cards.
