We all know that looks aren’t everything, but sometimes you just want your cake to look pretty (and eat it too).

If you’re on a quest to find the best food to spice up your feed, here are 6 IG-worthy places to check out in Downtown New West.

The Hive Cafe

Hidden away on the Front street mews, The Hive Cafe is a quaint, modern cafe with delicious pastries and beautiful hand-crafted beverages.

Don’t forget to snap a pick of the cafe while you’re there, as the space itself is also #cafegoals.

Amaranthus

A new addition to the River Market, Amaranthus is a plant-forward restaurant with an elevated twist.

Dishes like their chimichurri avocado toast served on rosemary focaccia bread with pickled nectarines, red onions, alfalfa sprouts and goat’s or Blue Heron cheese is almost too beautiful to eat, but that’s not stopping us from devouring/feasting on this delicious snack.

Hyack Sushi

Hidden away above V Cafe on the corner of 8th and Carnarvon, Hyack Sushi is undoubtedly one of the chicest sushi spots in Downtown New West.

Bobacabana

Who doesn't love bubble tea? With flavours such as their red velvet slush or their Mango-Passionfruit Galaxy Milk, Bobacabana is killing it with their unique and delicious creations (their dessert waffles definitely do not fail to impress either).
