Sarah will instruct a beginner's friendly flow yoga class, so if you’ve ever wanted to try yoga for the first time or get outside and have some fun, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

August 7th - Briana Koehle

Sunshine, puppies and smiles are a few of her favourite things! Briana has been a huge part of the Santosha Yoga community for the past 5 years starting off as a student and then working behind the front desk where her smile instantly makes your day better when you walk in. Briana then completed her yoga teacher training and a mentorship with studio owner Sarah. Briana is now teaching at Santosha Yoga and brings her own unique energy to all of her classes. Briana will offer a Yin style yoga class where you can expect a very relaxing, deep stretch. Come chill out with Briana!
