Fight with Love
09:00am -05:00pm
Downtown New West business Liminess Wellness Spa is hosting an event in Vancouver!
What is Fight with Love?
Fight with Love is a movement to create awareness of the importance of the self-care aspect on the journey of healing.
On May 5th, we are kicking off our initiative by hosting a free event that fosters relaxation and inspiration, as well as provide key information on many different types of holistic modalities to assist patients in finding out what might work for them. From health food and juices, to energy healing and medical cannabis, we are here to empower patients with available options for their care. We have also invited professionals and practitioners from different fields to present and answer questions.
It is our hope we can make the journey more positive. We wish to continue to inspire and empower each other. To our fellow patients and caregivers whose courage, strength, and the love of life has enriched ours, this is our way of giving back and show our appreciation. We will fight with you and we will Fight with Love.

08:00pm -10:30pm
Important notice: This show had to be re-scheduled to June 1. There are posters and online posts in circulation that list the original date of May 18. Please note the date change.
Daniel James’ Brass Camel
Imagine Yes had a love child with George Clinton and Led Zeppelin…in Canada. That child would look a lot like Vancouver’s own Daniel James’ Brass Camel, a self-proclaimed “prog-funk” quintet that blends 70’s prog, funk, and blues rock into a fresh and original sonic experience. Born in early 2018, the group is the brainchild of Daniel James, who began touring at 11 and at just 25 years old has performed with Les Paul and at NYC’s Apollo Theater. Since the release of their self-titled debut the group has been on a hot-streak of sold-out shows.
Their mix of hard hitting hooks, scruffy vocals, clever changes, and fiery solos displays a rock machine that is truly a force to be reckoned with.
Catch 'em while you can!
Reserved seating (and reduced ticket price, $15) if tickets are purchased by April 30.
