This six course Chef's Table is all about Inspiration. From people, to places,to flavours, it will explore what inspires Executive Chef Sam Fabbro, and how he translates that into a plate of beautiful food. This dinner includes one welcome beverage and a six-course dinner for $75. Full beverage pairing available for an additional $45. Welcome at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm.
