RiverFest 2019
RiverFest 2019 returns for its 17th year! Presented by the Port of Vancouver, RiverFest is a FREE family-friendly festival, and a great way to enjoy a beautiful fall day along the mighty Fraser River. The main festival day will take place on on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 11 am – 5 pm.
RiverFest 2019 will build on past festivals to ensure informative and enjoyable family entertainment, including vendors whose products embody the Fraser, a diverse assortment of exhibitors, children’s activities, and live music.
The week-long event will include a special RiverFest edition of FRDC’s curriculum-based RiverSchool for three lucky elementary schools , *click* photos of the fraser exhibit unveiling, New Westminster Arts Council's Pop-up Art exhibition and finally with the main festival on Saturday, which will include the Bosa's Family Fun Zone (inside the FRDC), Artisans on the River (with New West Craft), the Samson V Maritime Museum, the Lucille Johnstone Workboat Parade.
