Virtual Reality Puppet Theatre

This unique, collaborative, workshop series is for kids interested in experimenting and learning about fascinating new technologies. Work behind the scenes in the Learning Lab to create an innovative Virtual Reality (VR) puppet theatre and the awesome productions you create inside it. You’ll have a chance to dive into both sides of the virtual puppet world. Learn cutting edge digital media tools as well as traditional hand tools. Understand how Virtual Reality technology really works. Work on puppets, scenarios and scripts. You will become a real-life puppeteer on a virtual stage. We are delighted to welcome experienced educator, artist and musician Flick Harrison who is developing and leading this awesome project. *Requirement: Bring your own iPod or phone.
