The Community Support Line is a phone number that will connect you with a call-taker who can direct your call to the different components of the Crisis Response Pilot Project, including the Community Liaison Officers (CLOs), and the Crisis Response Outreach.

To report tents or structures around a public space, a person and/or their belongings impacting pedestrian traffic or spaces, drug paraphernalia, remnants of encampment, and biohazards/human waste.

This biohazard waste pick-up program is available to eligible businesses in the downtown area and involves a third-party specialized contractor operating on a weekly route during specific times of day. Please note that contacting the third-party team does not guarantee same-day waste removal.

*The building has paid parking available for visitors.
Located on the ground floor, third floor, and fourth floor, you'll find a few corners with comfortable tables, armchairs, and bistro chairs next to power outlets and power bars for you to charge your electronic devices and get things done.
Each floor is equipped with air-conditioning, restrooms, water fountains, and access via elevator and stairs for your convenience. The high ceiling and wide windows with views of the neighbourhood are a plus!
