  • The Community Support Line is a phone number that will connect you with a call-taker who can direct your call to the different components of the Crisis Response Pilot Project, including the Community Liaison Officers (CLOs), and the Crisis Response Outreach.

  • To report tents or structures around a public space, a person and/or their belongings impacting pedestrian traffic or spaces, drug paraphernalia, remnants of encampment, and biohazards/human waste.

  • Connect people who are experiencing homelessness, mental health and substance use to support services, including food, shelter, and obtaining identification.

    Days and hours of operation: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30am–4:30pm.
